Though the UHP BIPOC Collective is a non-hierarchical organization, we still have administrators to keep operations alive and running. To keep in line with the horizontal hierarchy, there is no formal process or application to become an administrator. The only qualifications administrators must have are:

• Following the community guidelines,

• Committing yourself to the Collective, and

• Following through on tasks you have signed onto.

Note: Administrators who do not following through on their commitments may be removed upon the consensus of all other UHP BIPOC admins. The decision to remove an administrator must be unanimous and will only take place after having a conversation about their behavior and commitment.
